![]() Charisma now influence how many followers you could have like in fallout 2, and tag skills work in the same way that fallout 1 and 2 did. The gameplay addon makes Charisma and Perception actually do stuff instead of being a measly stat that's only used to get better criticals or sniper like perception (It's useless above 6 since it does very little and both perks only require 6 to begin with). I suggest the gameplay and perks addons, the rebalance is kinda booty.
